Various modules that are available to support people wishing to develop capability in the use of the Knowledge Structure Mapping Methodology are discussed here. Some additional business relevant modules relating to Knowledge and Innovation are also included. Links are intended to offer dependency advice. Modules will be delivered assuming knowledge that is indicated by the dependency structure.

KSM Related Training Structure Diagram
A list of the education/training modules available is shown here. It is possible to create new modules based on the ones listed that may more closely match a specific business requirement
Bringing the methodology components together to consider a full business focused KSM project. This is the primary KSM project module.
Involving a short KSM study consisting of a series interviews with one or more domain experts. Each delegate will lead one interview. Each delegate will aim to provide at least one knowledge based recommendation that results from their own interview session. To achieve this, some analysis will be required. Each delegate will have the opportunity to present his or her single knowledge based recommendation.
Critical assessment of the short study.

How to utilise Knowledge Structure to Clarify Problems or Explore Blue Sky Ideas. The module is intended for those wishing to utilise the methodology to help others clarify problems and explore new ideas.
Presentation of the rationale behind this approach. Discussion of the way the Knowledge Analyst should interact with, support and guide the Domain Expert. A presenter led practical problem exploration with analysis.
