1 : About Interviews

Summary

This approach to improving interviewing begins by taking a look at the interview itself. This section takes an objective view of interviews without attempting to teach an approach. It does this by considering some important terms that are closely linked with interviewing but begins by considering what sort of questions, an expert interviewer should be expected to know the answers to.

The Diagram

Diagrams were provided in the original seminar to help delegates to take notes and to direct their scribbles and doodles in a way that followed the plot of the seminar. Diagrams are provided through the web site for the same purpose. You may like to view the diagrams or download them, print them out and doodle on them as you follow the information. They are not essential, just use them if you want to.
