In 1991 the Department of Trade and Industry produced a "Workshop Action
Pack" on Knowledge Based Systems as part of their "Enterprise Initiative"
to raise the awarenness of KBS in business. One small part of that Action
Pack was a folding chart , the "Knowledge at Work Action Indicator",
that a business user could use to determine the suitability of implementing
knowledge Based Systems within their company. What follows in this section
